How do I know when my order will be made live?
It’s easy! CLICK HERE to view the live order queue, where you’ll be able to see your name and line number. As orders are completed, you’ll see your name gradually move up the lineup.
Once your order reaches the top 5 in the queue, we recommend joining the TikTok Live at 7pm QLD time, as your order will likely be made that night depending on the size of the orders ahead of you. We go live 5 nights a week from 7pm to 11pm, making cups during the entire live.
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and the United States. We also ship to selected parts of Asia, including Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and South Korea.
All of our cups are handmade and are usually made live on our TikTok streams unless you request otherwise. Because orders are made live, there is often a queue of orders waiting to be made, which can affect how quickly your cup is created.
Once your cup has been made, it must go through a minimum 4-day de-gassing process. This step allows any microbubbles inside the cup to fully release, helping prevent large bubbles from forming later and ensuring the best possible quality.
Cup making is a detailed handmade process and we take the time needed to make sure every cup is perfect. Once your cup has been completed, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch due to high demand.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order, and the exact price will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on where you are located. Orders within Australia typically arrive faster, while international orders such as those to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and parts of Asia may take longer depending on postal services and customs processing.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel.
Our cups are not dishwasher safe. To keep your cup looking its best, we recommend hand washing only and avoiding soaking the cup.
