• We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
 • Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them
 • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

We do not sell wraps individually. This is clearly stated in the wrap listings prior to purchase.

In the event that wraps are purchased individually, the order will be refunded for the product cost only. Shipping costs will not be refunded, as these cover processing and postage fees already incurred.

Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as refunds are processed in line with the information provided in each listing.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

All Sip and Glow cups are handmade and custom. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, and the following cannot be returned or refunded:
• Sale items
• Mystery cups / surprise boxes
• Gift cards

✨ Please note: Small air bubbles are a natural part of every handmade cup and are not considered a defect, small bubbles are important to assist the flow of the liquid and to ensure the cup doesn't explode.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
